It is nearly timeto vote for the Daft Constitution.The Referendum is going to be held on 19 August 2007. Ihope that the people will use their right. I think the referendum can make Thailand's democracy be better. In spite of the result of referendum can be agree or disagree, Thailand's democracy will go on. If you are above 18 oryour birthdate is before 2 January 1989,you have to exercise your right. How can you do this?

First, bring ID card(บัตรประชาชน) to electorate. Next, check your name on the board. Remember your number(on the board) and get a ballot from the authority. Next, go to the booth andplace your vote(yes or no) and then go to box and put a ballot in the box. Then you are finished.

My opinion ::Whether the outcome is YES or NO,we will have the same situation.If the people refuse the constitution that was written by unelected government, the government may use some old constitution, maybe its worse than the new one. Certainly, there is the election. In the contrast way, if you accept the draft constitution. .then you should give it a tick on agree. The new consitution may help to improve the old consitution and replace it with the new one. It does not matter that you will agree or disagree, but you should go to election any way.

In conclusion, I think that consitution is play an important role in Thai people life. If they can see the important of the consitution. I would like to encourage people who have the right to go for consitution to go and participant because consitution is your own good.
